Quite simply, if you already have the motivation and the will to replace one meal a day with a shake, it should also deliver results. It is the first days clearly an adjustment (for body and mind), if you were used to a meal with 400-500kcal. Der All You Need Shake ist als vollwertiger Mahlzeitersatz entwickelt und nicht einfach nur ein Proteinshake. Eine Portion liefert ein ausgewogenes Verhältnis aus Makronährstoffen, mehr als 19 g Protein sowie wichtige Vitamine und Mineralstoffe. Die Rezeptur entspricht der EU-Diätverordnung für Mahlzeitersatzprodukte.
Ja, der Shake ist dafür gemacht, eine Hauptmahlzeit zu ersetzen und dich zufrieden durch den Alltag zu bringen. Protein und Ballaststoffe unterstützen das Sättigungsgefühl. Wenn du sonst grössere Mahlzeiten gewohnt bist, kann sich die Umstellung in den ersten Tagen noch ungewohnt anfühlen.
Abnehmen funktioniert über ein Kaloriendefizit. Der Shake macht es dir einfacher, weil du eine Mahlzeit planbar ersetzt, ohne kompliziert Kalorien zu zählen. Eine nach Empfehlung zubereitete Portion liefert nur 211 kcal und versorgt dich trotzdem mit Protein, Kohlenhydraten, Fetten, Vitaminen und Mineralstoffen.
Genau dafür wurde der Shake formuliert: Er soll nicht einfach eine Mahlzeit streichen, sondern sie nährstoffbewusst ersetzen. Pro Portion bekommst du unter anderem 19,4 g Protein, Ballaststoffe und 24 Vitamine und Mineralstoffe in abgestimmter Menge.
Ersetze einmal täglich eine Hauptmahlzeit, zum Beispiel Frühstück, Mittagessen oder Abendessen. Gib 30 g Pulver mit 200 ml fettarmer Milch in einen Shaker und shake es etwa 20 Sekunden.
